Where is Down South located?

Down South is a family-owned furniture store located at 3091 Highway 5, El Paso, Arkansas, right next to the Phillips 66. We proudly serve customers across Arkansas and even into neighboring states.

What are your store hours?

Our showroom is open Tuesday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re closed on Sunday and Monday.

Do you offer furniture delivery and setup?

Yes! We deliver all over Arkansas and even to bordering states. A delivery fee does apply, but setup is always included. Our team will bring your furniture inside, place it where you want it, and get it ready for you to enjoy.

Can I order custom furniture?

Yes! Many of our pieces can be customized to fit your home and style. Customers can choose their wood color, paint finish, door and drawer styles, and upholstery options—with over 100 fabrics and leathers available. 

If you don’t see the exact piece you want in the showroom, we can help you design or special order the perfect one.

What financing options are available?

We offer zero-down, no-interest financing through Synchrony for approved customers. We also offer Acima, a no-credit-needed lease-to-own option, which often has low down payments—typically $60 or less. 

These options make it easy to take your furniture home today and pay over time.

What types of furniture do you carry?

In addition to sofas, recliners, sectional sofas, bedroom sets, and dining sets, we carry a wide variety of occasional and specialty pieces—like bookcases, desks, armoires, corner cabinets, shelving, home bars, and wine cabinets. 

Many of these pieces are unique and won’t be found anywhere else.

Do your products come with warranties?

We don’t sell extra warranties because we’ve found that the consumer cost often outweighs the price of a repair. Instead, we stand behind the quality and durability of the furniture we carry.
